A bed in a new way
We are super proud to present our new bed, Easy Pieces™, a fantastically comfortable continental bed! In addition to the great sleeping experience it provides, it's easy to transport, easy to carry, and easy to assemble. The bed also offers a lot of benefits in terms of sustainability. It is packed in packages that are so small that you can transport the bed on a bike. This contributes to more efficient production, optimized warehousing and transports. In addition, the delivery time will be shorter, which is always appreciated by our customers. Last but not least, the bed can be separated, which facilitates repair and recycling. So, lots of benefits for everyone.

Easy to assemble
Easy Pieces™ is very simple to assemble, no tools are needed. With some "clicks" the assembly of the bed frame is made fast and easy with Threespine® click furniture technology. Then, the only thing left to do is to place the slats and mattresses and to fasten the cover with Velcro. Isn't that Easy Pieces™?
Easy to transport
Easy Pieces™ is packed in a number of packages that are compressed so that you can transport your continental double bed on a cargo bike or easily fit it in the back of a regular car. The packages are easy to carry up the stairs and your continental bed even fits in a narrow lift.

Easy Pieces™ is designed by Scapa in collaboration with Threespine® click furniture technology of Välinge Innovation AB. We wanted to design a bed that can be reused, refurbished and recycled and for that the Threespine® click furniture technology is an awesome choice.

So much more than just a bed
Easy Pieces™ is so much more than just a bed for us. It became a revolution that challenged our way of thinking and changed our entire production and distribution chain. The design contributes to more efficient production, optimized warehousing and handling with easier lifts. By packing all parts in packages, the volume could be reduced to more than half compared to a conventional continental bed, which is extremely positive from a transport point of view.
